Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning an item, as Looney Ranch Wellness cannot be responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Because our crystals are natural materials, variations in color, pattern, translucency, inclusions, and other natural characteristics are expected. These natural variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact Looney Ranch Wellness within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the damaged item, the shipping box, and the packaging materials so that we can assist you.

Please keep the damaged item and all original packaging until we have reviewed the damage and provided further instructions.

Refunds

All returned items will be inspected by Looney Ranch Wellness upon receipt to confirm that they are in their original condition.

Once the returned item has been received and its original condition has been confirmed, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Items returned damaged, altered, incomplete, or otherwise not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Please allow your bank or credit card provider additional time to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by Looney Ranch Wellness.

Exchanges

Because many of our crystals have unique natural characteristics, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return the original eligible item according to this policy and place a new order.
